Connected
Linda Boyles will be showing the stunning range of arts achievements from people in Oldham recovering from mental health problems - developed through Connected, Oldham's Arts and Mental Health Network. Connected's unique arts and mental health training course for artists, mental health service users and mental health workers will also be shown through lively video, slides and creative writing.

Art Works for Healthier Communities
Hospital Arts and Working for Health in Wythenshawe are giving a joint presentation discussing their projects and issues that affect them within
a changing health-care system.
Hospital Arts is a small team working with other artists and a range of partners to develop and deliver arts projects in health contexts in
Manchester and the North West. Strong emphasis is placed upon
participatory arts practice.
Working for Health in Wythenshawe work to develop arts-based projects with community groups, producing locally-owned resources for improving health.

St. Luke's Arts Project will be giving a slide show about their work since 1993 and will present their research document, 'The Wise and the Foolish'.

Oldham Theatre Workshop
A presentation about 'Taking the Rap' - A Pilot Inter-Agency Peer Education Project, specifically targeting Asian young people - the aim of which was to explore the issues around drugs and young people.
'Taking the Rap' was part of Oldham MBC's contribution to Central Government's strategy, 'Tackling Drugs Together'.
